Fit Gyal Tings — Return & Refund Policy 

Effective Date: December 2025

At Fit Gyal Tings, we take pride in producing culturally inspired activewear made to order for each customer. Because every item is printed and sewn specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We want you to love your purchase, so please review the full policy below.


Eligibility for Returns (Damaged / Defective Items Only)

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The item arrives defective,

  • Or you received the wrong item.

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags intact

  • Be in the original packaging

Items showing wear, odors, stains, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Incorrect size orders

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Discounted items

  • Sale items

  • Seasonal promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

Please double-check size charts before placing an order.


How to Start a Return (For Damage/Defect Only)

Email info@fitgyaltings.com with the following:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Clear photos of the damage/defect + packaging

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing times depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the item is not approved, it will be sent back to you.
