Welcome to Fit Gyal Tings (“Fit Gyal,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. We may request additional information or verification before accepting an order.

2. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50: flat shipping rate of $5.99.

  • All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.

4. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Used, worn, or damaged items are not eligible.

  • Exceptions: Discounted, sale, final sale, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Email info@fitgyaltings.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Credit card refunds appear on your next statement.

  • Debit card refunds take 3–5 business days.

  • Cash or check payments are refunded as a Fit Gyal gift card.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, and designs—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fit Gyal is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of products, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada.
